Bellini’s Deli & Restaurant and the Sweet Spot.
On Rich Avenue are what many might consider iconic establishments in the city, and they happen to be in the same building. Bellini’s is a popular place for a date night or to take your family to when you get a hankering for their famous stromboli. It is their signature item and many flock to devour their “Bellini’s Special” which includes stromboli stuffed with various premium deli meats. Save room for dessert! Patrons top off the experience by walking next door to the Sweet Spot ice cream shop, where you can get a scoop of various unique flavors of homemade ice cream like Maple Bacon, Death by Chocolate and Mocha Mud Pie.
Mr. Bills and Trilogy Coffee
Sometimes you need to get the morning started off right. One favorite combo is to visit Mr. Bill’s Bakery on Woodland Blvd. They have a great selection of pastries and breakfast sandwiches. The perfect pairing for this is a hot, pour-over coffee from Trilogy Coffee Roasters on Georgia Avenue. Trilogy has a nice variety of blends that are guaranteed to compliment your palate and a delicious croissant from Mr. Bills.
Wily Owl and Berryville
Want to get the kiddos out for a special treat? Berryville has top quality fro-yo, and kids of all ages love to “doctor” up their cup of yogurt with the wide range of delicious toppings. Choose toppings accordingly, because Berryville charges by weight. After frozen yogurt, kids will enjoy the Wily Owl toy store next door. The store is a family run store that features a wide variety of specialty toys and games that are developmental, educational, entertaining and fun. The great part is that many of these toys can be played with in the store, providing great entertainment for little ones.
