Chipotle is not the only commercial business update in DeLand. See the other businesses below that are coming soon.
Tractor Supply is looking to relocate from their location at 2300 N Woodland Blvd to the building formerly occupied by Kmart in the Northgate Shopping Center. This move would bring the business almost 1.5 miles closer to the center of town. Currently the Northgate Shopping Center is anchored by Publix, also drawing customers to Pet Supermarket, Taco Bell, SunTrust Bank and Hair Cuttery. The move is waiting for final approval of a zoning change from the DeLand City Commission before it can proceed.
The Country Club Corners Shopping Center has a new eatery coming. KeKe’s Breakfast Café is a Florida-wide favorite opening their newest location in DeLand. Their slogan “It’s like your hometown diner grew up and went to the city” highlights their take on how to make breakfast an outstanding experience.
