Entrepreneurship runs deep in the Swann family. Todd Swann, owner and founder of Swann Real Estate started the agency from scratch. Now, his son Brinson, who is also a real estate agent at Swann recently opened a recording studio, and it is starting to make waves. Recently, the Palace Recording Studio in Orange City achieved a number one ranking from Google compared to other recording studios throughout the state of Florida.
Brinson Swann is the CEO and one of five owners of the Palace Recording Studio. The other owners are a mixture of diverse artists, producers, DJ’s, and marketers that provide just the right special sauce to make the studio a success. Services include recording, editing, mixing, mastering and production and composition.
Central Florida isn’t traditionally known as a powerhouse in the music industry, but that could all change. “We strive to be known as a Central Florida legacy in the music industry,” Brinson Swann said.
Like his father, Brinson has always loved music. When you truly love something and it becomes your career, it isn’t necessarily work. It is fun! If there is a lesson to impart, it would be if you find something you love, work hard and don’t give up.
